Privacy policy

This policy applies to Push Up Crush, provided by R, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (R, LLC), its official website, the Android launch waitlist, and support requests. Contact us at admin@rx5ai.com.

The app keeps your chosen name, a random local Player ID, workout and story progress, preferences, notification choices, and onboarding state in local app storage. We do not receive this information unless you send it in a support request.

For automatic rep counting, camera frames are analyzed on the device. The app does not save or upload camera images or video.

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes product identifiers, purchase history, transaction and entitlement status, expiration information, and an anonymous app user identifier to validate purchases, provide subscription access, prevent fraud, and provide purchase analytics. We do not receive full payment-card details.

To understand how the app is used and to investigate crashes and errors, the app sends limited information about app usage and operation, including purchase and workout events, device and app information, and crash and diagnostic data, to service providers. We use this information to analyze use, maintain reliability, and improve the app.

If you email us, we process the address, message, attachments, app and device details, and Support ID you provide to answer the request, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Information is disclosed only to service providers needed to operate purchases, analyze app use, diagnose problems, or provide support, or when required by law. We require service providers to protect it consistently with this policy. The app has no third-party advertising, does not track users across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell personal information.

Local app data remains until you reset it in Settings or delete the app, subject to iOS backup behavior. Support records are retained only as reasonably needed for the request, security, and legal compliance. Apple and our service providers retain transmitted records under their policies and legal obligations.

To request access to or deletion of information held by us, email admin@rx5ai.com with your Support ID. The app cannot erase Apple transaction records or cancel a subscription.

If you join the Android launch waitlist, we store your email address, registration time and consent record to notify you about the Android launch. Registration data is stored through our website hosting and database providers. We do not use this list for unrelated marketing or sell it. To withdraw consent or request removal, email admin@rx5ai.com from the registered address; no app Support ID is needed. We retain the address only while it is needed for the Android launch or until you request removal.

The website counts page views, App Store link clicks and new waitlist registrations by day and broad referral source. These aggregate counters do not use analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. Browser event collection respects Do Not Track. To limit signup abuse, the server temporarily stores an hourly hash derived from the network IP address; raw IP addresses are not stored in our signup database. Expired hashes are removed on the next valid registration attempt. Hosting providers may separately process request data needed to deliver and secure the website.

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted here.
