Push Up Crush Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

This policy applies to Push Up Crush, provided by R, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (R, LLC), and to support requests about the app. Contact us at admin@rx5ai.com.

2. Information on your device

The app keeps your chosen name, a random local Player ID, workout and story progress, preferences, notification choices, and onboarding state in local app storage. We do not receive this information unless you send it in a support request.

For automatic rep counting, camera frames are analyzed on the device. The app does not save or upload camera images or video.

3. Purchases and support

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes product identifiers, purchase history, transaction and entitlement status, expiration information, and an anonymous app user identifier to validate purchases, provide subscription access, prevent fraud, and provide purchase analytics. We do not receive full payment-card details.

If you email us, we process the address, message, attachments, app and device details, and Support ID you provide to answer the request, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

4. Sharing and tracking

Information is disclosed only to service providers needed to operate purchases or support, or when required by law. We require service providers to protect it consistently with this policy. The app has no third-party advertising, does not track users across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

Local app data remains until you reset it in Settings or delete the app, subject to iOS backup behavior. Support records are retained only as reasonably needed for the request, security, and legal compliance. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase records under their policies and legal obligations.

To request access to or deletion of information held by us, email admin@rx5ai.com with your Support ID. The app cannot erase Apple transaction records or cancel a subscription.
