Include the app version, iOS version, a short description of the issue, and the Support ID shown in the app's Settings. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app when access is missing. Manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
